These Terms & Conditions are administered on behalf of CBF Sports Equipment FZC-LLC maintaining https://cbfsportsequipment.com/  (“Site”). References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are references to CBF Sports Equipment FZC-LLC, registered in the UAE, and whose registered office is at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

GOVERNING LAW

The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the Terms & Conditions, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E

We will not trade/ sell with or anyone who provide any services to sanctioned countries.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for products. Online Payments will be done via Stripe Platform.

Payment confirmation via email to the email address you provide at the point of registration within 24 hours of receipt.

You, as the cardholder/ customer must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All items comes with a 6-months manufacturing warranty from date of purchase, unless stipulated otherwise in the product information.

For any warranty claims, a request via email must be sent to CBF Sports Equipment FZC-LLC providing sufficient photos and detailed information. Upon review, company would provide a feedback if warranty is approved or not. Justification will be based solely if product has a manufacturing defect.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any order cancellation, we shall refund only the actual amount which we have received in our account back to the clients Debit / Card within 7 to 14 days.

Risk and Transfer of Ownership

The Customer shall bear the risk of any and all direct and indirect damage that may be caused to the goods, immediately after the goods are considered as delivered

Product Delivery and Shipment

We are providing Ex-works and DAP incoterms for international shipments. FedEx/TNT will be our assigned forwarder. For International shipments, client would need to pay any customs and duty charges if shipment is DAP before delivering the product.

Privacy

Please be informed that we are not keeping any card nor bank information details once payment has been made online via our website. It will be via a third-party platform.
