Who can request institutional pricing?

Football academies, schools, clubs, sports organisations, councils, facilities and other programme buyers can request a quotation. Individual coaches placing a larger or recurring order may also enquire.

Can we request several products in one quotation?

Yes. Send the full equipment list and estimated quantities so the quotation can show each item clearly.

Can a quotation be revised?

Yes. If products, quantities or specifications change, the quotation can be revised before the order is confirmed.

What if only part of our quotation is approved?

Tell us which items and quantities have been approved. We can revise the quotation to the accepted scope before converting it into an order.

Can delivery or payment be arranged in stages?

Staged delivery and payment requirements are reviewed case by case. Any agreed arrangement will be confirmed before the order is approved and recorded in the order documentation where applicable.

Do you provide formal quotations and invoices?

Yes. CBF Sports Equipment can issue itemised quotation and invoice documents through its Shopify order system.

Can you supply custom footballs?

Custom football enquiries are welcome. Options, minimum quantities, production timing and pricing depend on the required specification and will be confirmed in the quotation.

How are delivery charges and lead times confirmed?

They depend on the products, quantities, stock or production status and delivery location. The applicable arrangements will be confirmed before you approve the quotation.

What warranty applies?

CBF Sports Equipment provides a six-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only, subject to the published terms. Please review the Terms and Conditions & Delivery page for the current policy and claim requirements.
